- Fully charged the received new battery before first use.
- For a new vacuum battery, please remember repeat full charge and discharge 2-3 times.
- Do not charge immediately after the battery is dead, as it will last a long time. Allow the battery to cool in 10-20 minutes before charging. (Especially when used in Max mode and the battery is hot)
- If the Dyson cleaner battery is not used for a long time, it will discharge naturally, so please charge it fully before using it again. If you need to store it for a long time (1 month or more), we recommend charging it up to 40% – 60%.
- Fully charge the Dyson SV10 battery every 2-3 months after it has been completely used up.
- Store the cordless Dyson robot vacuum batteries in a cool and dry environment. Keep away from heat sources, fire, flammable and explosive gases and liquids. It may cause battery leakage, heat generation, smoke generation, fire or explosion.
